Who has never been afraid by a story, just a story? This contest, organised by The herald Courier, is for people who know how to tell tales which make the hair on the neck stand on end! Blood, guts, gore aren't accepted.
Three categories are open to competition: children ages 12 and younger; children from 13-18; and adults ages 19 and up.
