I am interested to find the best art magazine community websites. I am talking about full user capabiliets(like facebook) plus art articles and the goods of an online magazine! Let me know...

Retrogade is just starting out as a nice community. They've only got a forums section at the moment, but they're working to get user profiles, a resource/tutorial section and the ability to upload your own art hopefully within the next month or so.

Also, they'll have the ability to customize the site around the artists creativity, while having achievements and play money that can buy extra stuff for the user profiles.
