Paypal pre-approval limit needed

Hello,

I signed up to sponsor a site and got a message that I have been pre-approved for a payment on Paypal.  But there is no limit on the transaction amount!  What prevents someone from pulling a huge amount out of my account?  Could you please put a limit on these transactions for my peace of mind?

Thanks,

A donor

Hello Jonathan,

You set the limit when you chose your amount !

I just verified your support's status and I can guarantee that (if and only if the project is a success) you will only be charged with the exact amount that you chose !

Always here if you need us

It is my understanding that Paypal allows you to set a limit on pre-approved payments.  That limit could automatically be set to the promised payment amount.  When I've set up pre-approved payments I've seen a limit associated with that payment when I log into Paypal.  That's very comforting to see as a new Ulule member, so I think you should do that for the piece of minds of the newbies :).

Thanks

Hello Jonathan,

That is very true, I will definitely suggest we add this reassuring feature !

Thank you for the advice, it is very useful for us to get this kind of feedback from newcomers. If you have other suggestions : don't hesitate and in the meantime : welcome !
