Here's exactly how it works:
1/ Register with Paypal
Go onto the Paypal.com website and click on the "Sign up" tab.
When you get to the second page, choose an account for your personal use.
You will now come to the page where you have to give your details: name, surname, address, password. Paypal is very demanding with regard to password security...
Ideally, you choose a password composed of numbers and letters, including some capitals.
2/ Link your card
You are then asked to link your bank account or credit/debit card.
