Nothing in my transactions section even though i pledged my support!

Hello,

I received an email from Ulule today stating that the project that I pledged support for did not meet its target sum and that I should proceed to my transactions section in order to get a refund. When I logged in, there was nothing indicated in my transactions section! Not sure what this means...please help!

Hello Dana,

You supported the project with Paypal so you were not debited. Only pledges made with a credit card are debited right away, and then in case of failure of the project you need to request a refund. I'm sorry for the confusion, but you're good !
