Hi, when my donors use PayPal they get a page that says :You've signed up for semic pre-approved payments (plural, NOT singular). Every person that donates has been worried that they will have multiple charges taken from their account.
I understand that Ulule is part of another company, Semio, and this is why the pre approved payments indicate that but the terms clarity that: http://www.ulule.com/about/terms
I can't say to every possible donor not to worry since I don't know every donor. I love this site and love my cause, but my donors are feeling frustrated. I feel like I'm the only one with this problem. I wonder if something has to do with a translation made my Semio into English that if incorrect--I'm not sure. I don't know what to do.
