Hi there,

I've run into a slight problem with one of my supporters.

How do you go about canceling a pledge step by step?

Hello Alyssa,

Sorry for the tardy response, We missed your question and I believe your project is over now.

Just so you know (for next time), you (or we) can not cancel a pledge. You need to ask your supporter to do it if you don't longer want to accept it. The canceling is done inside his/her Paypal account.
