The Westport Downtown Merchants Association seeks artists for its annual fine arts festival, July 17th and 18th at Parker Harding Plaza, Downtown Westport, CT. $500 Best in Festival, $250 best in each category. Categories include: Painting (oils and acrylics), Watercolor, Photography, Printmaking & Mixed Media, Sculpture, Drawing (pastels, pencil, ink).
