Rev9 Dance & Performance Company, Susquehanna Dance Center Mountville, PA seeks male and female dancers for its upcoming production, '77.
This original production delves into all that made New York City at the end of the 1970's exhilarating. At a time when the city was considered by many to be a wasteland, the music scene thrived, making New York City a destination despite the dangers of the blackout riots,Times Square, and the Summer of Sam. New wave, hip hop, disco, and punk emerged to create a unique cultural landscape that revolutionized music forever.
Reflecting the diversity of the time, '77 will incorporate modern, jazz, disco, ballet, African, and acrobatics.
